Attend.com Releases New User Interface, Eliminates a Siloed Approach to Event Management

New version provides more accurate data and insight for event coordinators to make better decisions

Boston, MA — June 10, 2014 — Attend.com, a provider of event management software solutions, today announced Attend.com 3.0 with a new user interface. Attend.com 3.0 is modeled off of an event coordinator’s physical binder, breaking down and segmenting each aspect that must be addressed before, during and after an event. As event coordinators are faced with multiple complexities throughout the event process, the updated end-to-end solution provides coordinators with the insights needed to streamline event management, reduce costs and quickly measure event return on investment, all from a new user-friendly interface. 

Legacy systems silo individual event processes, making it difficult for coordinators to manage activities for multiple events and collect the necessary data to combat the industry’s biggest pain point: proving the return on investment of events. With little training, event coordinators can quickly implement Attend.com 3.0 to gain analytics and data from different sources such as attendee payments, registrations, email invitations, attendee walk-ins and attendee satisfaction surveys. This data then integrates into the organization’s existing payment, customer relationship management or inbound marketing platforms to run the necessary reports needed to prove return on investment.

The new Attend.com 3.0 features include:

  • Event Plans  act like an event coordinator’s binder, containing all of the tools needed to put on an event or a group of events including registration forms, invitation emails, surveys and reports, all in one location.
  • Contact Lists sync data gathered from multiple sources, like online versus in-person, and enables planners to easily upload guest contact information in order to make reusable invite lists.
  • Event Plan Wizards provide an effortless experience for an event coordinator to quickly build registration forms, check-in lists, nametags and budgets for complex events, such as reunion weekends or user conferences.
